 Welcome to this space.

I am deeply passionate about the intersection of mind and body and bringing a holistic approach to my therapy practice. I believe in the transformative power of embracing all aspects of ourselves. We each possess a unique inner landscape, a tapestry of emotions and experiences to discover. Through the therapeutic process, I am a witness and guide as clients explore their multifaceted selves, allowing them to cultivate meaning, and rediscover their intuitive knowing.

My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapy, attachment theory, and an embodied understanding of the nervous system. The nervous system plays a crucial role as it regulates our responses to stress and trauma. Reconnecting with our anchors that support our nervous system is an integral part of the therapeutic work and is unique to each individual.

By fostering self-compassion, acceptance, and empathy towards our internal parts, we can achieve a greater sense of integration and wholeness, leading to potential healing shifts and personal growth.

I am a true believer that nature provides a profound source of solace, grounding, inspiration, and fosters a sense of connection. At other phases of life I have been a writer, an artist, and an architectural designer.

I am dedicated to supporting others on this very human journey.
